KES Prep girls and boys shine at IAPS cricket tournaments

The school has enjoyed a standout week of IAPS cricket, delivering some of the strongest all‑round performances seen in recent seasons. Both the boys and girls squads demonstrated exceptional progress, discipline, and competitive spirit across their fixtures.

The girls’ team capped off their IAPS event in superb style, defeating Halstead in a thrilling final to claim the title. Their intelligent shot selection, disciplined bowling, and unwavering teamwork was wonderful to see. Simply a brilliant display of progress, belief, and collective effort. In the final overs they showcased their resilience, with key players stepping up under pressure to secure a memorable win.

 

Boys U11 IAPS

 

The boys followed up with a brilliant performance to claim third place, overcoming a strong Farleigh side. Their bowling attack was relentless, their fielding sharp, and their batting full of confidence. It was a match that showed just how far they’ve come this season.

Across both squads, the commitment to training, the improvement in technical skills, and the collective effort were clear. The school can be immensely proud of the progress shown and the spirit with which every player represented their team.
