We are seeking to appoint a well qualified, passionate, and enthusiastic 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated Prep School, supporting a pupil in Upper Prep on a 1:1 basis Wednesday - Fridays. Experience of working with children who have social and emotional support needs is essential.
As part of your role, you will work as part of the Learning Support Team under the direction of the Head of Learning Support and Head of Upper Prep. You will provide in-class and 1:1 support for a pupil with social and emotional regulation needs. The successful candidate will prepare materials as necessary under the direction of the class teacher and follow recommendations from the Head of Learning Support whilst maintaining pupil target sheets.

Permanent Role to start September 2026
We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, passionate, and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team working in Lower Prep.
As part of your role, you will work as part of the Learning Support Team under the direction of the Head of Learning Support and Head of Lower Prep. You will provide in class, small group and 1:1 support for pupils with learning based needs in a setting with small class sizes and high expectations of children’s progress and attainment.
The successful candidate will prepare materials as necessary under the direction of the class teacher and follow recommendations from the Head of Learning Support whilst maintaining pupil target sheets. You will have previous experience of working with children with a range of needs with a calm, positive and kind approach to working with children.
